This card is the one I made for my sister-in-law, Lori,  last week.  I liked it so much I decided to change the color scheme a little and make more for the swap this afternoon.

 
This card is based on one I saw made by another demonstrator, named Melissa Huie.  Here is her original card.

Hello friend!

I'm leaving for the hotel at 3:00 p.m.  This is what my kitchen looks like!  I'm hoping it will all fit in the van....

I've got the supplies, and food, and surprises and everything (I hope) that I need to put together a 30 hour camp!  And if you are not one of the ones who are attending, think about it for next year.  We have too much fun!

Hello friend!

While I'm having a great day being creative in the Stamp Cave, I'm not going to show you any of it!  Before you think I'm being selfish, I'll tell you I've been working on details, samples, and projects for my Overnight Stamp Camp this Friday and Saturday.  (If I'm on the ball this week, I'll prepare photos and info with a delay to post here while we are at the hotel.

Meanwhile, watch this lovely video of Shelli Gardner, and drool over all the amazing projects they will show you.  If you need help figuring a project out from the video, let me know.

Ink:  Cherry Cobbler marker

Card stocks:  Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler, Daffodil Delight, and Basic Black.

Other:  Hemp Twine, Big Shot, Top Note die, Texturz Plate Backgrounds 1,

1" Circle punch, Heart to Heart XL punch

 Several of us here are "addicted" to the game Angry Birds.  I made another Angry Birds card for Tim, and I'll post it on Facebook.

Big Shot Quilting

Last week I had a Big Shot Quilt Class.  Three lovely ladies came over to learn a little more about how to cut fabric to make a Big Shot Quilt.  Now I'd like to make this into a class.  Details will be coming, so get ready for some sewing!

Hello friend!

You know how much fun I have with the Big Shot, and here is something I did last week using the Pennant Die that was definitely fun:

  He's a pincushion, and he's also weighted so I can put him on the edge of the table to weigh down the handle of a plastic bag for scraps.  Now when I sew he is right there beside me as my right-hand man!
