Sure, I can remember my password....

Hello friend!

Today I had to think twice to remember my password... yes its been a while since we've visited.  Things have been crazy-busy here, and a girl has to keep her priorities straight.   Sorry, I love you guys, but family has to come before blogging, stamping, quilting....  And it isn't as if I have been doing things I don't like--Nick's been playing baseball, and Natalie is always busy.  But where is my time to stamp? 

So let me fill you in a little.

Quilting?  Not much.  But I've had two of the Block of the Month classes, which are a lot of fun.  (Actually, even if you didn't attend the first two classes, we have space and I'd love to have you join us for one or more of the last four classes.)  Here is a photo I took after the first class:

Stamping? A little:

This card did "double-duty":  Mother's Day and Block of the Month class (they make a block and a card based on the same dies in class).

Just realized I'm really doubling up, cause this is a card I'm teaching in my clubs this month, and I taught it at last week's Scrapbook Fundraiser, and it was my sister-in-law's birthday card.  It's great when you can change a color scheme and make a card for every season!

Oh, can we possibly forget the weird weather?

She has fun collecting these big hailstones on Thursday!  (after it stopped, of course!)

I may go take a nap.

Hello friend!

You may have wondered where I've been... no I didn't fall off the face of the earth!  If you'd looked for me this last month, you would have found me at a baseball game, or a dance practice & recital, or who knows where else... I just wasn't at home much.

It was so bad that I realized on May 1 that I never sent my April Hostess Club cards--so if you are in Hostess Club, expect two cards this month!  Actually, make that three cards, because I'll be sending the Hostess Brunch invitations at the end of the month.  Guess I better get busy!

Speaking of the Brunch, let me give you the date so you can save that morning:

Saturday, June 25, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.

We'll have the usual food, prizes, awards, projects and fun, so plan on attending!   (And if you have not been a hostess yet, there is still time to schedule your date.)

I'm updating the catalogs so you can see the new Summer Mini.  Wow, there are some really great items in it!  Give me a few days and I'll post some photos here as well.
